Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. If you cancel your order prior to shipping, you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.

Reasons for Return:
We accept returns for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Process:
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.
Please follow the return instructions provided in the email to send your item to the specified address.
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Cost Information:
Return Shipping: A $10 return shipping fee applies unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process.
Exchange Information

We accept exchanges for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Process:
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.
Please follow the return instructions provided in the email to send the item to the designated address.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship you a replacement of equal value.

Exchange Shipping: A $10 shipping fee applies unless the exchange is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or defective item).

All refunds will be processed minus a $10 shipping fee, unless the return is due to our mistake.
Only one exchange per item is allowed. You can choose either one exchange or a full refund.

Late or Missing Refunds
