    Order Cancellation
    We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. If you cancel your order prior to shipping, you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.

      We accept returns for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order.

      • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.

      • Please follow the return instructions provided in the email to send your item to the specified address.

      • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

    • Cost Information:

      • Return Shipping: A $10 return shipping fee applies unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

      • Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process.

    Exchange Information

    • Reasons for Exchange:
      We accept exchanges for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order.

    • Exchange Process:

      • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.

      • Please follow the return instructions provided in the email to send the item to the designated address.

      • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship you a replacement of equal value.

    • Cost Information:

      • Exchange Shipping: A $10 shipping fee applies unless the exchange is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or defective item).

    Important Notes:

    • All refunds will be processed minus a $10 shipping fee, unless the return is due to our mistake.

    • Only one exchange per item is allowed. You can choose either one exchange or a full refund.

    • Please review the return guidelines carefully to ensure your request qualifies under our policy before returning any items.

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days for assistance with a return or exchange.

    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received your refund:

    1. Double-check your bank account.

    2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is posted officially.

    3. Contact your bank; there may be some processing time before the refund is reflected.
